Wynnstay Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that, on 11th July 2012, Paul Roberts, a director of the Company, sold 3,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 390.0p per share. Following this transaction, Paul Roberts is interested in 103,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.62% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
