Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
WYG plc (the "Company") confirms that, in accordance with AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2010 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting, letter of consent to receive future Company information electronically via wyg.com and Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders today.
