COURT ORDER APPROVING REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
Further to the circular posted to shareholders on 18 August 2011 detailing WYG's intention to undertake a reduction of its share capital and further to the special resolutions relating thereto having been passed by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 23 September 2011, WYG is pleased to announce that the High Court of Justice of England and Wales today confirmed the cancellation of the share premium account and the capital redemption reserve of the Company.
The court order (together with the statement of capital attached there to) has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies and the reduction of share capital has therefore become effective.
