Appointment of the Final Founding Members of the Strategy and Integration Advisory Board

Quindell Portfolio Plc (AIM: QPP.L), the brand extension company and a leading practice provider of consultancy, software and outsourcing in its key markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Vice Admiral Robert Cooling and Seán Woodward as the final founding external members of the Strategy and Integration Advisory Board ("Advisory Board").

Vice Admiral Robert Coolinghas recently completed a distinguished career, spanning 33 years, in the Royal Navy, during which he commanded four ships, with his most recent posting being that of Chief Operating Officer for NATO's strategic level command, based in the USA where he led an internationally acclaimed change management and transformation programme. In this capacity Robert was directly responsible for 110m Euro operating budget and a multi-national civilian and military staff of 1200, spread over 2 continents and 28 nations.

Seán Woodward is Managing Director of LBHeathcare, an organisation that specialises in the delivery of diagnostic and rehabilitation services. Seán has had a career spanning 25 years working in the pharmaceutical industry and is a Chartered Biologist. He currently holds the positions of Executive Leader of Fareham Borough Council, is a Hampshire County Councillor and is a Member of the Hampshire Police Authority.Seán is a current Conservative candidate for the role of Hampshire Police Commissioner.

The Inaugural Advisory Board Meeting will take place on the 3 and 4 April 2012. Paul Campbell and otherExecutives from Tata Consulting Services' Global Insurance Division will also be active external members of the Advisory Board, along with representatives from other Quindell partnership organisations, to be announced in due course.

Having Seán as part of the Advisory Board will help position Quindell to take full advantage of these opportunities as well.
