Change of Auditor
Watchstone announces that it has appointed BDO LLP as its auditor in a process overseen by its Audit Committee. The change of auditor is part to the Group's continued focus on reducing costs. The appointment of BDO LLP will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next AGM to be held later this year. KPMG LLP, the outgoing auditor, has stated that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of shareholders under Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
