Watchstone announces thatĀ it has appointedĀ BDO LLP as its auditorĀ in a process overseen by its Audit Committee. The change of auditor is part to the Group's continued focus on reducing costs. The appointmentĀ of BDO LLP will be subjectĀ to approval byĀ shareholders at the next AGM toĀ be held later this year. KPMG LLP, the outgoing auditor, has stated that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of shareholders under Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
