("Warner Estate" or the "Group")
Transfer of Shares held in Treasury
Warner Estate announces that it has today transferred the remaining 120,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Group held in Treasury to Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of its All-Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") to be used by the Trustee to satisfy future awards under the AESOP.
Following the above transfer of shares out of Treasury, Warner Estate no longer holds shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares of 5p each in issue is 56,170,865.
