At that time the offer for Ashtenne Holdings had beendeclared wholly unconditional and the £256 million Apia Regional Office Fund hadbeen established with Morley Fund Management. These events confirmed our abilityto attract institutional support and increased our property assets undermanagement to just under £2billion. The integration of Ashtenne is going smoothly and the programme of disposal ofsurplus properties is underway.
