CHAIRMAN SUCCESSION

Workspace Group PLC ("Workspace" or the "Company") announces that, following nine years in the role as Non-Executive Chairman of Workspace, Daniel Kitchen has informed the Board of his intention to step down with effect from the conclusion of the 2020 Annual General Meeting.

An externally supported search process, led by our Senior Independent Director, Chris Girling, is now underway to find his successor and an update will be provided in due course.

Daniel Kitchen, Chairman of the Board, said: "It has been a great privilege to be Chairman of Workspace over the past nine years. With Graham as CEO, I am confident that the business will continue to go from strength to strength."

Graham Clemett, CEO, said: "I would like to thank Danny for his invaluable contribution to the success of Workspace during his tenure. He leaves the business in excellent condition and well placed to continue to grow in the coming years."
