Director Dealings
The Company received notification on 27 November 2015 that, on 27 November 2015, Chris Neoh (a director of the Company) exercised 57,000 options over the ordinary 0.5p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The options were exercised at a price of 110 pence per share and had been held within the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme ("Scheme");
An application form for admission to trading on AIM of the 57,000 new ordinary shares has been submitted to the London Stock Exchange and trading is expected to commence on or around 7 December 2015. The shares will be held in a nominee account in the name of Maria Neoh (the wife of Chris Neoh).
Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 12,733,238 Ordinary Shares ("Enlarged Issued Share Capital") with one voting right per Ordinary Share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 12,733,238.
Following the option exercise, Chris Neoh will have a beneficial interest in 69,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.55% of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital.
