Majestic Wine PLC announces that the following share awards were made on 16 January 2018 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan:
Conditional share awards and nil-cost options over a total of 50,523 Ordinary Shares of 7.5 pence each ("shares") were granted to 49 new employees and those who have changed roles in the period, pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. ("LTIP").
Included in the 49 employees, the below PDMR (Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities) received conditional awards:Â
