Majestic Wine PLC21 June 2005 Majestic Wine plc ("the Company") Issue of Equity 21 June 2005 The Company issued and allotted on 21 June 2005, subject to Admission, thefollowing new ordinary shares of 7.5p in the Company ("Shares") under thefollowing share option schemes Approved Share Option Scheme Price per share10,400 Shares 76.2514,000 Shares 60.625 The new ordinary shares will rank pari pasu with the existing ordinary shares ofthe Company.
