Majestic Wine PLC26 July 2005 26 July 2005 MAJESTIC WINE PLC (the 'Company' or 'Majestic')Grant of options The Company has granted options over ordinary shares in the Company to theexecutive Directors as detailed below under the Group's executive share optionscheme. These options will vest on the achievement of compound EPS growth duringthe holding period in excess of 5% per annum above the retail prices indexexcluding mortgage interest payments (RPIX). The executive Directors have also been granted nil cost options under theCompany's co-investment plan. The options granted under this plan are inproportion to the number of ordinary shares invested by the scheme'sparticipants and will only vest to the extent that targets based on totalshareholder return against a basket of competitor companies are met.
