Christmas Trading Statement

Like for likeΒ UKΒ sales for Majestic wereΒ upΒ 11.7% for theΒ nineΒ weeks of Christmas trading fromΒ 3Β NovemberΒ 2009Β toΒ 4Β JanuaryΒ 2010.
Steve Lewis, Chief Executive, said:
Β "We are delighted with the growth in sales over the Christmas period. We are encouraged by our customers'Β response to the reduction in our minimum purchase to six bottles.Β
