Board Changes
Majestic Wine PLC announces that Paul Dermody, aged 67, has stated his intention to retire from the Board at the Company's AGM due to be held later today.
Phil Wrigley, Chairman, said:
"Paul has served on the Board as a non-executive Director for the past ten years and for governance reasons is stepping down. He has been a tremendous asset to the Board. We wish him a long and happy retirement."
