The following announcement replaces the Blocklisting Interim Review announcement published at 9:00am on the 24th November 2010 under RNS 7176W. The only change is a correction to the title under which the announcement was published from "Blocklisting Interim Review" to "Blocklisting Application"

Blocklisting application
Majestic Wine PLC announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 7.50p each ("New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Majestic Wine PLC Approved Executive Share Option Scheme, the Majestic Wine PLC Unapproved Employee Share Option Scheme, the Majestic Wine PLC 2006 Unapproved Employee Share Option Scheme the Majestic Wine PLC Savings Related Share Option Scheme, the Majestic Wine PLC Deferred Bonus Scheme and the Majestic Wine PLC Co-investment Plan.
On exercise these shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 29 November 2010.
