Majestic Wine PLC has been notified that on 31 July 2013 the certain Directors exercised options over ordinary shares of 7.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Majestic Wine PLC Co-Investment Plan, and subsequently sold the following Ordinary Shares at a price of 502.97p per share.
