Update on the cessation of the Company's 'fund' designation status and the migration of the Company to Jersey
Further to the announcement on 30 September 2009 and the Extraordinary General Meeting on 16 October 2009, the Company continues to pursue the proposal to cease the Company's designation as a fund whilst moving the Company's domicile from Guernsey to Jersey (the "Migration").
The Migration remains subject to the consent of the authorities in Guernsey and Jersey. As stated in the circular sent to shareholders on 30 September 2009, the consent of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission in relation to the Migration was originally expected on 20 November. Such consent is expected to be received shortly, but until such consent is received, the Company is unable to release the 20 day announcement originally scheduled for release today (pursuant to rule 2 of the AIM Rules).
A further announcement will be made, once the consent has been received, in order to update the market on any changes to the expected timetable for the Migration.
Publication of annual report and accounts
The Company also announces that it's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2009 are now available on the Company's website and are expected to be posted to shareholders on 1 December 2009.
