EGM Adjournment
Renewable Energy Generation Limited confirms the EGM held this morning was duly adjourned. The Board intend to reconvene the meeting once it has had an opportunity to assess the impact on the proposed ZDP Issue, if any, resulting from changes to the Renewables Obligation regime. A further update will be provided in due course following publication of the proposed changes by the Department of Energy and Climate Change.
