Exercise of Options, Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights
Renewable Energy Generation Limited (AIM: WIND) announces that it has issued 2,341,667 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's share option schemes. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 31 December 2015.
A further 311,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company have today been transferred out of Treasury to satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's share option schemes. The Company no longer holds any shares in Treasury.
In accordance with Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules, REG advises that its issued share capital at the date of this announcement comprises 106,084,581 ordinary shares of 10p each.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 106,084,581. The voting rights on all these shares are identical. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
