Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 May 2009, the Company's issued share capital is 21,281,388 Ordinary Shares. The number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury was 211,822. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 21,069,566.
The above figure (21,069,566) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, WHI under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
