Director's Dealing
On 9 March 2011, Paul Compton, CEO of WH Ireland and a director of the Company, transferred 250,000 shares held in a Cheviot Capital nominee account into a Fitel nominee account managed by WH Ireland, bringing his holdings into line with other directors of the Company.
The share transfer was made based on the prevailing market price of 52.0 pence per share, and was for nil consideration.
The share transfer did not result in a change in his beneficial holding. Mr. Compton's interests in the issued share capital of the Company therefore remain as follows:
250,000 ordinary shares
2,128,000 options over ordinary shares
