Appointment of Director

WH Ireland is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Mark Kershaw to the Board as Finance & Operations Director with immediate effect. As previously announced, Nigel Gurney, the current Finance Director, will be stepping down from this role and is leaving the Company on 11 November 2010.

Alan has been with the Company since 6 January 2010 and has been instrumental in streamlining and restructuring the Company's back office. His work to date for WH Ireland has given him a thorough understanding of the group's business and makes him ideally suited to assume the role of Finance & Operations Director.

Alan (aged 44) is a qualified chartered accountant and is currently a director of the following companies (all of which are subsidiaries of WH Ireland):

WH Ireland (Financial Services) Limited

WH Ireland Nominees Limited

Alan has not been a director of any other companies, or a partner in any partnerships, within the last 5 years.

There is no further information to be disclosed under Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
