Total Voting Rights and Director Shareholdings
As at 28 February 2011, WH Ireland Group plc has a total of 21,281,388 ordinary shares of 5p each in issue, 211,822 of which are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 21,069,566.
This figure (21,069,566) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
