Result of General Meeting
Further to the announcement made on 13 March 2012, Walker Crips Group plc, the financial services group, is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution proposed at the General Meeting held earlier today to approve the Disposal of Walker Crips Asset Managers Limited, its wholly-owned fund management subsidiary, was duly passed.
Completion of the Disposal remains subject to, inter alia, approval from the FSA of a change in controller of WCAM. A further announcement will be made in due course.
A breakdown of the proxy votes lodged 48 hours prior to the General Meeting is set out below:
