The Company announces following notification received on Friday 10 December 2010, that Terry Tyrell has an interest in a total of 401,474 ordinary shares in the capital of Water Intelligence, equivalent to 4.18 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital. This holding comprises ordinary shares held by Mr Tyrell and beneficially via his SIPP provider, Alliance Trust Savings Limited.
