Appointment of Pauline Ann Best as independent Non-executive Director

Vertu Motors plc, the automotive retailer with a network of 132 sales outlets across the UK, is pleased to announce that, with effect from 1 June 2016, Pauline Ann Best has joined the Board as an independent Non-executive Director.

Pauline has over 30 years of Human Resources experience and is currently Global People and Organisation Director at Specsavers Optical Group having joined them in 2008. Between 1996 and 2007, Pauline held a number of HR roles at Vodafone Group PLC including Global Leadership and People Capability Director and prior to this was the HR Director at Talkland International (UK) Ltd.

Pauline will sit as a member of the nominations committee and remuneration committee.
