AGM Statement

Volvere plc (AIM:VLE), the turnaround investment company, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 9.30 a.m. today at the offices of Hammonds LLP, 7 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YH. At the AGM the Chairman of Volvere, Lord Kalms will make the following statement:

"All of our businesses have performed extremely well in the year-to-date. We are particularly pleased that our most recent investment, Interactive Prospect Targeting which we acquired in September 2008, has continued to grow strongly. The market for turnaround investment remains extremely favourable to Volvere and we continue to seek further acquisition opportunities. We currently have a very robust cash position and remain confident of a strong result for the Group in 2009."
