Market Purchase of the Company's Own Shares

Notification is given that pursuant to the authority granted at the General Meeting of the Company held on 22 February 2010 to make market purchases of the Company's own shares, market purchases totaling 14,300 ordinary shares of GBP0.0000001 each ("Shares") in the capital of the Company were made on 27 September 2011 at a price of GBP2.46 per Share.

These Shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above, the Company holds 1,036,918 Shares in treasury. The number of Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following the above, and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights, is 5,163,448 Shares. The Company also has in issue 455 A Shares of GBP0.49999995 each and 455 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each, neither of which is admitted to trading on AIM.
