Distribution Agreement
Vipera announces today that it has concluded an agreement with T.N. Information Systems Ltd (TNIS), a leading consulting & IT services company serving the banking and government market in Thailand. The agreement provides for TNIS to become Vipera's official distributor and system integrator in Thailand.
Established in 1989 as a joint venture between Nixdorf Computer AG and T.N. Incorporated Ltd., TNIS provides consulting, core banking solutions and a wide range of IT services to several major banks and financial institutions in Thailand, including Bank of Thailand, the Government Savings Bank, Bank of Agriculture and Agricultural Co-operatives, and Krung Thai Bank.
The agreement in Thailand is part of a wider strategy by Vipera to deliver services and expertise to companies and governments in ASEAN countries and expand its reach into China and India.
