Value and Indexed Property Income Trust PLC (the Company) announces that it has purchased the following number of its own 10p Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange through its brokers, Panmure Gordon.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 43,112,464 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
