Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Vipera Plc, the specialist provider of mobile financial services, has been notified that director Martin Perrin yesterday purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 4.25 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Perrin will personally, and through his family holdings, be interested in a total of 1,020,000 ordinary shares in Vipera, equal to 0.40% of the Company's total issued share capital.
