Completion of Acquisition

Vipera (AIM:VIP), the cutting edge provider of mobile financial services and digital customer engagement solutions, is pleased to announce that it has now completed its acquisition of SoftTelecom Desarrollos I Mas D S.L. ("SoftTelecom") (the "Acquisition") on the terms set out in the announcement dated 27 July 2017.

As previously disclosed, following completion of the Acquisition, a senior manager of SoftTelecom has subscribed for 160,000 new Ordinary Shares in Vipera equating to a value of €9,943, at the same price as Banca Sella last week, being 6.2142025 euro cents per Ordinary Share.

Admission and Total Voting Rights

Accordingly, application has been made for the 160,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur at 8am on 9 August 2017 ("Admission").

As previously set out, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 320,429,725 with each Ordinary Share holding one voting right. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
