Board Changes

Videndum plc ("Videndum" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Morgan as Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board with effect from 13 October 2025.

Brian Morgan has considerable strategic and commercial experience leading on transformational projects. He was Chief Financial Officer at Victoria plc from August 2022 to July 2025. Previously Brian held various senior roles at Synthomer plc, Essentra plc and Tate & Lyle plc.

Brian is a graduate of University College Cork and is a qualified accountant and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Sean Glithero, Interim CFO will step down on Brian's appointment but will stay with the company until the end of his contract on 31st October 2025 in order to hand over to Brian.

Commenting on the appointment, Stephen Harris, Videndum's Chairman said: "I am delighted to welcome Brian to the Board as Group Chief Financial Officer. Brian's financial and commercial expertise will be invaluable as we continue to negotiate a refinance of the business and work to drive the business forward. On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Sean Glithero for his invaluable support over the last twelve months."

There are no further matters to be disclosed in accordance with paragraph 6.4.8 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority for Brian Morgan.
