Total Voting Rights

 

 

In conformity with rule 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DGTRs"), Videndum plc ("Videndum" or "the Company") is required to notify the market of the following:

 

As at 30 September 2023, Videndum's issued capital was 46,859,124 ordinary shares of 20 pence each. There are no shares held in treasury therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 46,859,124 ordinary shares of 20 pence, each share carrying one vote.  

The above figure of 46,859,124 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Videndum under the DGTRs.
