Board Changes
Videndum plc ("Videndum" or "the Company") announces that Martin Cooke will cease to be an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 30 April 2026. Martin was appointed at the end of July 2025 to support the Board with the refinancing of the business that successfully completed on 30 March 2026. At the same time, Graham Oldroyd will cease to be Deputy Chairman and will revert to his former role as Chair of the Finance Committee and an independent non-executive director.
Commenting on the Board changes, Stephen Harris, Videndum's Chairman said: "On behalf of the Board and our stakeholders I would like to express thanks to Martin who has provided invaluable support to enable Videndum to refinance its business and to secure its future in the most challenging of circumstances. Given that we now have a stable platform for growth the Board will be focusing on business opportunities and returning to a more common governance structure. Graham will revert to his previous role as an independent non-executive director and Chair of the Finance Committee. We are actively pursuing the recruitment of a permanent Chief Executive Officer and will update shareholders on progress with this search as soon as we have something able to."
