Following the above transaction, Marco Vidali's holding is now 35,669 ordinary shares in the Company. This includes 2,408 ordinary shares purchased in the market with funds provided by Marco Vidali and held by Apex Fund Services, the Trustee used to hold shares in respect of awards made under the 2014 Deferred Bonus Plan.
