Listing Application and Total Voting Rights
Victorian Plumbing (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading bathroom retailer, announces that it has issued and allotted 263,142 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to VG Corporate Trustee Limited, as the trustee of the Victorian Plumbing Group Employee Benefit Trust, in connection with the maturity of the Victorian Plumbing Saye As You Earn Plan ("SAYE") (FY22 Award).
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 263,142 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence in the new Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 21 May 2025. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 327,737,158 with each share carrying the right to one vote. This figure of 327,737,158 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
