Director / PDMR Dealings
Victorian Plumbing (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading bathroom retailer, announces that it received notification today that the following options over ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") were exercised by PDMRs on 25 February 2026 ("Exercise"):

186,983 Ordinary Shares held in the Victorian Plumbing Group Employee Benefit Trust have been utilised to satisfy the Exercise.
In addition, the Company has been notified that the following Ordinary Shares were sold to cover the tax liabilities and dealing costs resulting from the Exercise:
