Listing application and Total Voting Rights
Victorian Plumbing (AIM: VIC), the UK's leading bathroom retailer, announces that it has issued and allotted 62,239 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a participant of the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP") to satisfy a number of options that have vested pursuant to the DBP (FY22 and FY23 Awards).
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 62,239 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence in the new Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 5 January 2024. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 326,334,279 with each share carrying the right to one vote. This figure of 326,334,279 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
