OnΒ 22 DecemberΒ 2008, the under mentioned executive directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) were grantedΒ market valueΒ optionsΒ with an exercise price of 127.5pΒ of ordinary shares of 25p under the Victoria Plc Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).
