On 28 July 2009, the under mentioned executive directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) were granted market value options with an exercise price of 170.83p of ordinary shares of 25p under the Victoria Plc Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).
These options are exercisable between 2012 and 2019 dependent upon the satisfaction of certain performance criteria under the terms of the LTIP. The number of options was determined using a share price of 170.83p per share.
