The Board of Sarantel announces that the Company's new website (in compliance with AIM Rule 26) is www.sarantelgroup.com
In addition, the Company has filed with Companies House a change in the registered office of the Company to Suite b, Princes House, 38 Jermyn Street, London, SW1Y 6DN.
Trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM, which had been suspended since 29 May 2013 recommenced today.
As previously announced, following completion of the ten for one consolidation of the old ordinary shares and the subscription at 0.03p per New Ordinary Shares, the Company has 610,730,177 New Ordinary Shares in issue (comprising 610,711,787 New A Ordinary Shares and 18,390 New B Ordinary Shares).
The new ISIN for the new "A" Ordinary Shares is GB00B9MRZS43. The new ISIN for the new "B" Ordinary Shares is GB00B95LYS62.
