Change of Advisers and Publication of Annual Report and Accounts
Sarantel Group PLC, (AIM: SLG, "Sarantel" or "the Group"), a leading manufacturer of high-performance, miniature antennas for mobile and wireless devices, is pleased to announce the appointment of Beaumont Cornish Ltd as its Nominated Adviser and XCAP Securities PLC as its Broker, with immediate effect.
The Group also announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2011, along with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), have been posted to shareholders and will be available on the Company's website www.sarantel.com.
Sarantel's AGM will be held at 10.00 on 30 March 2012 at the offices of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, 7 Pilgrim Street, London EC4V 6LB.
