Alien Metals Ltd (the “Company”) received the following notification on 1 July 2019. The percentages reported in the notice below were correct prior to the private placing of 233,333,333 Common shares in the Company, which was announced on 28 June 2019. Following admission of the 233,333,333 Common shares in the Company to AIM, which is expected to on or around 4 July 2019, the holding of 115,664,424 Common shares in the Company will represent 8.56% of the total voting rights of the Company.
