The Company announces that on 11 December 2018, it purchased 407,205 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.35% of the issued share capital at a price of 129 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 116,818,843 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
