Total Voting Rights
Tyman, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, announces that on 15 May 2018 it issued 420,926 ordinary shares in the Company with a nominal value of £0.05.
These shares are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with existing ordinary shares in Tyman. For further details regarding the allotment of these shares, please see the acquisition of Zoo Hardware announcement made by Tyman on 10 May 2018.
As at 15 May 2018 the Company's issued share capital consists of 196,762,059 shares of which 529,183 are held in Treasury.
The total voting rights in Tyman of 196,232,876 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
