Tyman Regulatory News (TYMN)

Following the court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash offer for RSA Insurance Group (UK, constituent) by Regent Bidco Limited (non constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

RSA Insurance Group (UK, BKKMKR2) will be deleted from the FTSE 100 Index.

Royal Mail (UK, BDVZYZ7) will be added to the FTSE 100 Index and deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

Tyman (UK, B29H425) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes are effective from 28th May 2021.
