The Company was notified that on 9 December 2013, that Jonathan Hale exercised his option over 216,667 Ordinary Shares at a price of 30 pence per share. At the same time, Mr. Hale notified the Company that he had sold 216,667 Ordinary Shares at an average of 67.82 pence per Ordinary Share.
Mr. Hale's resultant holding remains 1,333,333 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.6% of the total issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
