The Company was informed today that Patrick Harrison, Operations Director, has sold 296,125 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £1.50 per share on 18 March 2016.
Following the disposal, Mr Harrison is interested in 550,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 0.66% of the total issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
