Award under the LTIP scheme
On 21 September 2016, the Company granted the award of 494,439 shares under the Company's approved LTIP Scheme, equivalent to 0.58% of the Company's issued share capital. The following directors were included under the award:-

Award under the ESOP scheme
In addition, on the same date, the Company granted 875,000 share options over Ordinary Shares under the Company's approved ESOP Scheme, equivalent to 1.03% of the Company's issued share capital. The strike price of these options is 132.5p per share and no directors were included in the award.
The Company now has a total of 3,060,889 awards outstanding under the LTIP scheme, representing 3.60% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital and a further 3,493,058 share options in existence issued under the rules of the ESOP Scheme, representing 4.10% of the issued share capital. In total, the maximum number of potentially dilutive shares issued under the LTIP and ESOP schemes totals 6,553,947 representing 7.70% of total issued share capital.
